Delivery
Pre-orders
When items are purchased on pre-order basis, your orders will be shipped on the date it was stated that the shipments will commence, stock availability dependant. At the moment you can place pre-orders, and expect your shipment to be sent from 1st October 2024. You will get notifications about your order progress, shipment updates and you will be able to follow the shipment progress. Typically once shipped you will get your order from 1-3 working days depending on where you at based in the UK.
Standard orders (no pre-orders)
Once you place your order with us Monday to Friday, Delivery takes 1-5 working days to arrive and you will receive updates when your order is shipped as well as a tracking link.
Returns and Refunds
Once you place an order with us, we work quickly to ship it out as soon as possible, so we’re unable to cancel orders after they’ve been placed. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened and unused. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for opened products. If your items are still in their original packaging, with labels intact, you can return them within 28 days of placing your order.
If your item arrives faulty, we’re here to help! Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Simply send us your order number, a photo or video of the faulty item, and a brief description of the issue. Once we approve the return, you can send the item back to us. Please note that we do not provide prepaid shipping labels, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive the item and it passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist with any questions!

We have selected DPD as our courier partner as DPD offers environmental parcel transport and has a number of sustainability initiatives:
Carbon neutral: DPD aims to make every parcel they deliver carbon neutral at no extra cost to customers. They do this by measuring and reducing their emissions, offsetting the remaining emissions, and financing renewable energy production projects.
Science Based Targets: DPD’s goals are scientifically based and have been approved by the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi). They have a goal to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 90% by 2040 and to achieve net zero emissions by 2040. Low-emission delivery: DPD offers low-emission delivery in 102 cities.
Air quality monitoring: DPD monitors air quality in 28 cities.
Planting trees: DPD has planted over 250,000 trees in just 3 years.
