Hi, I’m Veneta, the founder of Elty! I am beyond grateful that after years of dedication and hard work, Elty is now live for you to explore. I truly hope you enjoy being part of this new concept and community, where wellbeing is a priority—not just for ourselves, but for others and our beautiful planet.
I want to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you who chooses to be part of Elty’s journey, whether directly or indirectly. Your input, support, and smiles make all the hard work worthwhile.
Talking about myself isn’t something that comes easily to me, but little by little, I’ll share more of my story. In the meantime, I’m introducing myself through Elty and our shared mission.

How it all started
Elty was born from a simple yet inspired idea: creating eco-friendly oral care solutions. Despite industry growth, there’s still too much hidden information, ingredient misuse, and a lack of quality control. It’s challenging yet exciting!
Our name, “Elty,” comes from “Healthy,” reflecting our focus on holistic well-being. Oral health is health, and it is vital for overall wellness, and it’s time we prioritize it. That’s why we’re committed to using the highest quality natural ingredients that are effective and safe for oral care.
There’s ongoing debate about what works and what doesn’t. Elty aims to debunk myths, discover new formulas, and lead the industry in research. We’re in our early stages, but with your support, we’re determined to make a difference.

Elty was never intended to be just another plant-based toothpaste riding the wave of a growing industry trend. No, Elty has a long story and a larger mission. This story spans highs and lows, marked by gratitude for the lessons learned along the way.

Oral health holds significant importance, especially when instilled with good habits from a young age. We strongly advocate for children to establish healthier routines and grasp the importance of their oral well-being, setting them on a path toward better dental health as adults.
We understand the challenges parents face in encouraging young children and teenagers to prioritize brushing. That’s precisely why we introduced the Elty Character, your cheerful Elty Smiley Friend. He’s here to spread joy, reminding everyone to care for themselves and the environment while promoting a positive approach to oral hygiene.
The Elty Character and his Friends
The inspiration behind the Elty character traces back to a cherished toy from my childhood called Mr Grass Head. During a summer holiday with the family, Mr Grass Head became a beloved companion, particularly in a time when yo-yos were a popular but pricey craze. Little did I know then that this simple toy would serve as the spark for Elty years later.

It took about 2 years from idea to launch. With the help of an incredible team across Europe and beyond, a certified herbalist, whose input and research were incredible, graphic designers and a UK based lab, whose role was incremental. Dentists, patients, neighbours alike, so many people who believed and put a lot of thought and effort in this. Someone thought it would take maximum one year, and a lot more would be done; well it turns out, it took a lot longer and a lot less was launched :) What a journey and we are only at the beginning!
Plants are powerful
The line was developed with passion for plants. As someone who has a very close relationship with herbs, growing up nearby forests, foredging, hiking, and collecting herbs, mushrooms and wild fruit, creating something that is from nature and is good for nature was only natural. Plants have played a vital role over the years in a range of personal experiences. Their power is real. Nature is at the centre of this. We aspire to help nature and that is why we created packaging that is better for the planet. We recognize that there’s always more to be done. Your invaluable feedback and ideas will continue to guide us as we evolve and strive to do better for nature and future generations.
