You’re probably familiar with these tips, but it’s worth emphasizing: use only a pea-sized amount of toothpaste for each brushing session, using a dry brush. Brush twice daily, once in the morning after waking up and again before bedtime. It’s best to avoid brushing immediately after eating or drinking soft drinks, as the enamel is softer then. Brush gently for about two minutes. Don’t forget to thoroughly clean your toothbrush with warm running water and replace it regularly to maintain hygiene.

When you finish the toothpaste, you should refill. You would know because the product will not be pumped out or it will be more difficult to pump it out. This means it is time to refill.  It is best to have a refill bottle available with you. For a healthy smile,  you should maintain your oral care and continue using the product.

Take good care of your main tube for as long as you can. We understand that life gets busy, and in the hands of kids, the tube may not last as long as we would like. To extend its lifespan, clean it thoroughly with lukewarm water whenever you change the refills. The pump can be easily removed, allowing you to gently sterilize your toothpaste tube for longer use.

The refills are separate from your main tube, making it much less messy when it comes to cleaning. It’s normal for the cap to accumulate some product over time, so remember to clean it periodically as well.

USAGE:

For the first week of use, gently press the pump to get the right amount of toothpaste. Our pump is designed to maximize the product you get from your investment, reducing waste significantly. Unlike most tubes, which can leave up to 10% of the product unused, our powerful pump ensures you can use nearly all of it with minimal waste.

It may take a bit of practice to get used to the new pump. You only need to press gently to dispense the right amount of toothpaste—usually no more than a pea-sized amount for each brushing. Initially, more product might come out due to the design and gravity, so we advise gentle pressing, especially at the start.

The process of refilling allows you to keep your main bottle for a long time, thereby reducing plastic use, cutting costs, and helping the planet. All our toothpaste tubes are made from 100% recycled plastic, ensuring that we keep old plastic in circulation instead of generating more, as there is already plenty of plastic in the world.

Our refill system is cleverly designed to minimize product waste compared to other toothpaste tubes and refill systems. With a regular tube, there is typically about 10% product waste. Other tubes often face issues where the formula clogs, making the tube difficult to use. To address this, we have incorporated a powerful pump that requires only gentle pressing during the first week of use. This pump is designed to maximize the amount of product dispensed, especially as the toothpaste is running low, ensuring you get the most out of every refill.

Each refill contains 75ml toothpaste and it really depends on how much toothpaste you put on your brush, number of household members, frequency of brushing and waste. In theory, one person should use around 0.25gr (pea size) to brush, brush twice daily which means that our tube will last one person for 140-150 brushes or around 70 days.

Expiry date: Once opened you should use the toothpaste within 12 months.
